  • Financial Reporting Accountant

    Deliver wealth management solutions to private clients; Manage cash accounts and the preparation of various financial reports and expense summaries; Perform complex accounting functions in relation to month-end close; Collect and analyze financial data, ensuring that all reporting is in compliance with GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles) or guidelines from the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions; Research accounting rules and regulations and make recommendations to clients; Perform AP check processing, maintain general ledgers, prepare and enter manual journal entries for financial statements consolidation, accruals and year end closing, and generate ad hoc reports for management use utilizing QuickBooks; Support the year-end audit process and help with the external auditors; Prepare performance reports for private clients; Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements for management accounts.

    Minimum requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management or related field. Must have 36 months experience in accounting (as Accountant, Assurance Associate or related position) with at least 12 months of experience in auditing and in using QuickBooks. Must possess valid CPA license.
